Welcome to BRAINIX AI. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. BRAINIX AI is an early-stage product — features, limits and pricing may evolve.

1. Your account

You must sign in with a valid Google or Apple account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your account or use someone else's.

2. Acceptable use

Use BRAINIX AI to learn, revise, and study — not to cheat on exams or produce work you'll submit as entirely your own without disclosure.
Do not use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or harassing content.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.

3. AI-generated content

Answers are generated by AI and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Always double-check important information, especially before an exam. BRAINIX AI is a study aid, not a substitute for your teacher or textbook.

4. Free and paid plans

The Free plan includes daily usage limits per tool. Pro plans (when available) unlock higher or unlimited usage. Pricing, features and limits may change; we'll notify you of material changes.

5. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to operate the service (e.g. send it to the AI provider to generate your answer).

6. Termination

You can stop using BRAINIX AI at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BRAINIX AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above shows the current version. Continuing to use BRAINIX AI after changes means you accept the new terms.
